• Room photos: Images you upload to generate designs. Used only for your session and never shared publicly.
• Contact information: Email address and phone number provided at checkout, or phone number submitted via optional lead forms.
• Delivery address: Shipping address entered at checkout.
• Order history: Products purchased, quantities, and order status.
• Session data: A session token stored as a cookie to remember your cart and designs across visits.
• Usage analytics: Anonymised data on how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) via Google Analytics.

• Generate AI room designs using your uploaded photo
• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses
• Improve the app experience through anonymised analytics
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Gemini: Powers AI room design generation. Your room photo is sent to Google's AI service and used only for design generation.
• Razorpay: Handles payment processing. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Google Analytics: Anonymised usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Your data is stored on secure servers in India. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Order data: retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Room photos (source): deleted from our servers as soon as your design is generated
• Generated designs: the decorated room images produced by AI are retained for your session so you can revisit them
• Session data: expires after 30 days of inactivity

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics tracking (via browser settings)
• Raise a grievance with us regarding data handling

We use a single session cookie (SNAPTERIOR_SESSION) to maintain your cart and design history. We also use Google Analytics cookies, which you can opt out of via your browser settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Snapterior after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
