Snapterior is an India-based AI design app. These terms govern your use of the Snapterior app and website and any purchases made through it.

You may use Snapterior for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Misuse the AI design generation feature (e.g., automated scraping or bulk generation)
• Upload images containing personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund.

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

All content on Snapterior — including the AI-generated room designs, product images, and branding — is owned by Snapterior or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

Room photos you upload are used solely to generate your design and are not shared publicly or used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapterior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Snapterior or from the purchase of products. Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
