Shipping Policy

We offer free standard delivery on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of confirmation. Delivery to metro cities may be faster (3–5 business days). Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, please reach out to us at Contact Us and we'll try to help.

Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials suited to the product type (canvas, frames, metal art, etc.).

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints, weather, or public holidays. We'll notify you proactively if there's a significant delay on your order.
